What your client checks before calling you
A law firm client is not buying a service, they are buying peace of mind. And since they cannot evaluate your legal knowledge, they evaluate what they can see:
- Whether you handle their kind of case. Immigration, accidents, family, criminal, employment. If your site says “comprehensive legal services,” the client cannot tell whether you are for them and keeps looking.
- Who will handle it. Name, photo, the states where you are licensed, and track record. A firm with no face generates the same distrust as a number with no name.
- What the process would be. What happens after they contact you, what the first consultation is like, and which documents to have on hand.
- That their information is safe. A visible privacy policy and a serious contact channel weigh more in this field than in almost any other.
Why so many lawyers' websites do not generate consultations
Many firms have a site that works as a business card: logo, a phrase about justice, a photo of a gavel, and a form at the bottom. It looks fine and convinces no one, for three reasons.
- It talks about the firm, not the client's problem. “Over twenty years of experience” does not answer “what do I do if I was summoned to immigration court?”. The client arrives with a question, not curiosity about your history.
- All practice areas on one page. Someone going through a divorce does not want to read about corporate law. Each important area needs its own space, in its own language.
- Contact is a chore. A long form, with no promise of when you will answer, loses the client in a hurry. A WhatsApp button or a scheduled call solves that.
What a law firm website should have
- A headline that says who you help and with what, in one sentence.
- One section per practice area, written in the words your client uses and not the ones in the code.
- Your profile and your team's: education, licenses, years of practice, and sample cases, without revealing confidential information.
- A clear first-consultation process.
- One main contact channel, one tap away on a phone.
- Mobile speed and a visible privacy policy.
- The legal advertising notices required by your state bar. Each state has its own rules and we review them with you before publishing.
- Answers to the common questions in each area. It is how a firm starts showing up on Google when someone searches for their problem.
How we build it
First we listen: which cases you want to attract, which you prefer not to take, and who the client is that you value most. Then we look at where your prospects get lost today, on your current site, your profile, or your ads. With that we build from scratch a clear, fast site with a single path: that the right client reaches out.
You bring the legal knowledge; we translate it into a page that someone with no legal training understands in seconds.
Full website or landing page?
If your firm handles several areas and you want to show up on Google for each one, you want a full website.
If you already spend on ads or get LinkedIn traffic for a specific service, for example immigration or accidents, a focused landing page converts better.
A one-page landing page or simple site costs $1,170 USD and a multi-page website of up to 5 pages costs $1,870 USD, with a fixed price before we start and a satisfaction guarantee: if you do not like your finished page when you see it, we refund 100% of your payment.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of lawyer or firm is this for?
For independent lawyers and firms of any size who want more consultations online, in any area: immigration, family, accidents, criminal, employment, or corporate. It works the same whether you serve one city or several states.
What sections does a law firm website need?
At a minimum: a home page that says who you help, one section per practice area, the profile of the people who handle cases, what the first consultation is like, and a direct contact. With that, the client can decide without having to call to ask the basics.
Can I show cases without breaking confidentiality?
Yes. They are presented as sample cases: the problem, the strategy, and the general result, with no names or details that identify anyone. If a client wants to give a testimonial, it is added with their written authorization.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build the site with the technical foundation Google needs and with one page per practice area, which is what lets you appear in specific searches. The final position also depends on the competition and the content you publish over time; we tell you honestly what to expect.
How long does it take and what do I need to have ready?
A typical project is online in about a month. You do not need copy or photos ready: we organize the message with you and tell you which photos work. The price is fixed and we set it after understanding your firm.
