Who these terms apply to
These terms govern the use of the website aureadigitalweb.com and the hiring of Aurea Digital’s services. By using the site or sending us a request, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you not use the site.
Who provides the service
Aurea Digital is the trade name of GESSENTIALS LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Jersey, United States, that provides the services described on this site. Proposals, charges, receipts, and refunds are issued in the name of GESSENTIALS LLC. When these terms say “we” or “Aurea Digital,” they refer to GESSENTIALS LLC.
What services we offer
We design and develop new websites and landing pages, built from scratch in HTML and with the support of artificial intelligence tools. We do not repair, modify, or maintain existing sites built by third parties, and we do not manage advertising campaigns or social media.
Proposal and pricing
- The prices published on the site are for reference: a simple one-page site or landing page costs $1,170 USD and a multi-page website of up to 5 pages costs $1,870 USD. More pages or special integrations are quoted separately.
- The final price of each project is set in writing in a proposal, before we start, and does not change during the project unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope.
- The payment method, deposits, currency, applicable taxes, and deadlines are stated in that proposal.
Payments
- Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment platform. We do not see or store your full card details: Stripe captures and protects them.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If you pay with a card in another currency, the exchange rate and any conversion or international purchase fees are applied by your bank, not by us.
- On your statement, the charge appears under the name GESSENTIALS LLC or Aurea Digital. If you do not recognize a charge, write to us before starting a dispute with your bank and we will resolve it directly.
How we work and timing
Every project starts with a 15-minute call to understand your business. Then we send you the proposal and, once accepted, we work with you on the structure, the copy, and the design. Delivery times are estimates and depend on you sharing in time the information, material, and approvals we need.
What we need from you
- Truthful information about your business and services.
- That the material you give us (logos, photographs, copy) is yours or you have permission to use it.
- Reviews and approvals within the agreed timeframes, so delivery is not delayed.
Satisfaction guarantee
Before publishing your page, we show it to you finished. If you are not comfortable with the result, you can ask us for a 100% refund of what you paid, as long as you request it before approving publication. In that case we refund you through Stripe, to the same payment method you used; how long the refund takes to appear in your account depends on your bank. The page is not published or delivered, and we return the material you gave us.
Ownership of the site
Once your site is published and paid in full, the design and the content created for you are yours to use in your business. Third-party components, such as typefaces or licensed images, are governed by their own licenses. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us otherwise in writing.
What we cannot guarantee
We build every site so it turns visits into contacts, but we cannot guarantee a number of clients, sales, or a specific position on Google, because they also depend on factors beyond our control. We are also not responsible for failures of third-party services such as hosting, WhatsApp, or Google.
Use of the site
The text, design, and graphic elements of aureadigitalweb.com are the property of GESSENTIALS LLC. You may view them and share links, but you may not copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes without our authorization.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Projects already contracted are governed by the terms in effect when the proposal is accepted.
These terms, and any dispute related to them or to the services, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any proceeding, write to us at direccion@aureadigital.com.mx to try to resolve it directly; we commit to answering you within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the parties submit to the competent courts of the State of New Jersey.
